"Amazing location, host was wonderful, helpful and so welcoming!! Deluxe room did have loud adjacent church bells that woke us up at 7am/ 7:30 etc. normally wouldn’t have bothered us… but felt more disruptive than it should have only because the A/C (weak to begin with) turned off several times during the night and would not come back On for some time. With 80 degree temperatures in the room (August is hot!) , we were VERY hot/ had trouble sleeping. Cant say enough about how wonderfully...

"We stay for two nights, the rooms are big, clean and the staff were really nice. The breakfast was reallly nice and complete. The B&B was walkable to the center wich was a plus. Overall very happy with our stay we would definitely revommended."

"The resort was great. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Some English is spoken. If you don't have a car you will be stuck at the resort, it's a long (and expensive) cab ride into town. Cannot walk from the train station."

"The room is superb. But have tiny issues, like the tv didn’t work well, the shower is nice but the spray shower hear that you can hold didn’t work. We didn’t use the sauna because it’s hot season."

"Nice property. Close to main square. Loved the balcony with the great view. Please be aware there are about 40 steps with landings every 7 or 8 steps to get to the room. Also parking included refers to street parking. We had no issues as we went off season, but would imagine July and August would be a bit challenging. "

"Awesome apartment right in the heart of Tropea. Fully renovated with kitchenette. Full washroom, comfortable beds.. super clean with parking. Great find. Thank you for your ease of checkin in both English and Italian. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tropea "

"Very comfortable and well located inn with a sweeping view of Mediterranean. Dominic welcomed my children and I after normal check-in hours which was very much appreciated. Breakfast was a nice selection of juices, pastries, and coffee prepared by Dominic. Covered parking was an unexpected plus. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Just feel obligated to describe, so nobody could be fooled in future. I stayed only one night. There was construction/ renovation around the area, banging during the day and the traffic noise at night was unbearable, Apartment was very old and dark, nothing updated. Few rooms, but all was dirty, no air conditioning , apartment is totally unfit for living. No hot water either! The whole experience was horrible! I had to find another place and move!"

"The hotel is new and the room is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Beautiful and comfortable bed, large bathroom, great location. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. It was limited and the food didn't look fresh at the beginning of the year. Maybe they couldn't get supplies after New Year's Eve. All the rest was great."

"The room was simple but clean, a great home base while enjoying the area. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We had an issue with our toilet seat that was fixed shortly after we reported it. We easily walked everywhere we needed to, but the hotel was set away from the hustle and bustle so that was nice. As expected there was stairs to get to and from the beach so we got a bit of a workout but not so bad that we minded ot a few times a day, at the beach we could rent an umbrella and chairs for tbe day or just enjoy the other part of the beach without. The hotel beakfast was fantastic but we did not take advantage of the other meals available. We would choose this hotel again for the location, great staff, and cleanliness of the hotel. Oh, and the view... amazing! We planned originally for 2 nights at this hotel but ended up adding a 3rd before our trip and a 4th night after we were there a couple days because we enjoyed it so much. We traveled as two adults with a yound child."

"This place is simply incredible! My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and were so impressed with the hotel and incredible views over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The resort was clean and safe, the beds very comfortable and the staff always friendly and helpful. The terrace is absolutely pristine and we felt like we had it all to ourselves at times during our October visit. The historic old town centre with plenty of restaurants and shopping is a short 7-8 minute walk away. Check out the Santuario Santa Maria dell'Isola and the beautiful sand beaches surrounding it. Shout out to Selena, Pawel the bartender and all the staff for making this trip such a memorable experience. This place will not dissapoint you and we look forward to coming back to Tropea and staying at Hotel Rocca Della Sena in the near future."
