We are the Property Management company of this apartment with an office only around 400 metres away, it is called "c.m.s" and we are here to hand over the keys to you, provide any service you need like transport, cleaning, laundry and any general maintanance. We have a 24hr Emergency number, that is.

This complex "Vereda Golf", with adress " Paseo del Golf 1" Phase 1. It is a fairly new build right next to the Golf Course and Golf Club of Playa Serena.
