A charming Mas of 110 m² in ground floor stone divided into two parts, part living room with a large kitchen, dining room, living room and sleeping area with 2 twin bedrooms sleeps 4 (+2 possible on a sofa in the living room) 1 bathroom, 1 WC, utility room, outdoor terrace, plancha and deckchairs.
It is an ideal place to relax surrounded by olive trees in peace with its southwest exposure on a plot of 2500 sqm. Valbonne 10 minutes, Nice, Cannes, Antibes is about 20 min, and the most beautiful beaches of the Riviera. Located near the largest perfumeries in Grasse as Fragonard, Molinard and Galimard, many possibility of walks in the forest. The village and its shops, restaurants and cinema is less than 5min drive.

Wundervolles modernes Ferienhaus
Unser Aufenthalt begann mit einer Verspätung von uns, die aber bei der lieben Vermieterin kein Problem war! Wir wurden herzlichst empfangen und das ganze Haus wurde uns gezeigt und erklärt. Kühle Getränke und ein super Obstkorb standen ebenfalls bereit! Es wurden in den Schlafzimmern Klimaanlagen nachgerüstet, Wirklich super! Wir waren von der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer sehr begeistert! Auch die Aussenanlagen waren super und man hat den Ausblick auf die Olivenbäume genossen. In alle größeren Städte (Nizza, Cannes, Antibes) hatte man es nicht weit. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft sehr und bedanken uns bei Mdm. Merle für Ihre Gastfreundschaft :-)

Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, zumal die Besitzerin eine hervorragende Gastgeberin ist, die uns sehr persönlich empfangen und für alles gesorgt hat. Der schönste Strand, der Plage du Loup, war nur zehn Kilometer und 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Viele lohnenswerte Ziele sind im Umkreis einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Für die extreme Hitze im August konnte natürlich niemand etwas. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Haus von Madame Merle. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet! Der Ausblick in den Olivenhain vor der Tür hat uns jeden Tag aufs Neue glücklich gemacht. Großartiger Urlaub in zu 100% durchdachtem Haus
Wir haben das Haus im Juli 2022 für eine Woche gemietet und waren 5 Personen. Die Vermieterin Madame Merle ist sehr nett und total zuvorkommend. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Es wurde auf Sonderwünsche, wie eine spätere Anreise aufgrund von Stau und ein Check-Out um 5 Uhr morgens souverän reagiert und alles möglich gemacht. Ebenso empfiehlt die Besitzerin verschiedene Aktivitäten vor Ort, falls gewünscht. Das Haus ist vollständig ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden, von Bettwäsche, über Handtücher bis hin zu sämtlichen Küchenutensilien und Reinigern. Das Haus ist wirklich chic eingerichtet und verfügt in den Schlafzimmern über Deckenventilatoren. Im Haus stehen zusätzlich weitere 2 Standlüfter zur Verfügung. Das Haus hat keine Klimaanlage, was allerdings sogar im Hochsommer kein wirkliches Problem ist. Besonders toll haben wir die 4 Sonnenliegen, sowie den überdachten Terrassentisch mit Gasgrill empfunden. Auch das Bad ist sehr chic. Ebenso verfügt das Haus über Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Hausbesitzerin wohnt nebenan. Die Grundstücke sind durch eine Hecke getrennt. Man hat eine eigene Hofeinfahrt. Die Nähe zu den Eigentümern haben wir überhaupt nicht störend empfunden, sondern gab immer ein Gefühl von Sicherheit, falls man Hilfe brauchte. Positiv haben wir auch das WLAN mit einer guten und schnellen Verbindung erlebt. Einziges Manko ist, dass die Terrasse ein kleines Problem mit Ameisen hat, welche man mal wieder beseitigen müsste. Ich kann diese Unterkunft mit bestem Gewissen zu 1000% empfehlen. Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend, spricht Französisch, Englisch und Polnisch. Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub!

Magnifique maison à proximité de la plage (15 minutes en voiture) et de villes magnifiques. Nous avons séjourné avec nos 4 enfants et avons passé une très agréable semaine reposante et pleine de belles découvertes aux alentours. Mme Merle est d'une grande gentillesse et très disponible. Nous avons passé une semaine qui nous a semblé bien courte tellement nous étions bien. La maison est belle, élégante, dans un environnement ressourçant, entourée d’oliviers. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison qui offre calme, confort. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. Le jardin est magnifique, avec de superbes oliviers. C est plus beau que sur les photos. La propriétaire, Mme Merle est vraiment très gentille et attentionnée, nous a donné de très bons conseils de visites. La maison est proche de Nice, Menton , Cannes, Antilles et leurs plages.. Tout pour passer de belles vacances. A bientôt !

This is a very cute and very well appointed house. Very confortable for 4 people. We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed it. We would definitely stay again should we revisit Côte d’Azur.
