"I booked this home based on its location in the historic area in Edenton to attend a memorial service for a friend. The service was taking place at the Chowan Arts center. I didn’t know when I booked that it was located right next door to the Arts Center. We were delighted not only with the location but the lovely accommodations! It is comfortable, clean and well appointed. I would definitely recommend!"

We had planned a stay after Christmas but due to a local family member’s health we wanted to be there on Christmas Day. We loved that the house was decorated for Christmas, it made it extra special for our kids. The location was wonderful. Would love to stay again. "The home waa perfect for our needs! Would have loved to have stayed the entire time that we planned but Snowmeggan was predicted so we felt we needed to be responsible senior citizen ladies! Edenton was charming with gorgeous homes and delightful shops.We enjoyed the game room !"

"Beautiful property and home, sparkling clean and meticulously maintained. We did a lot of cooking and found everything we needed in the kitchen - utensils, cookware, condiments and seasonings! Plenty of clean towels, comfortable furniture, everything was great. Lots to do in Elizabeth City, but we Spent much of our time on the dock, catching crabs and enjoying the lovely sunsets. Host was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful experience!"
