"This lodging was ideal for a visit to Ghent. I picked it for its location (5 minute walk from StPieters train station but loved everything about it. Staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. Room was large by European standards. Buffet breakfast (with made to order eggs and mini pancakes) was excellent. Its location near the train station and tram stop made it easy to get to and from Brussels and to get into the historic center for sightseeing. The hotel even sold the Ghent City card - worth it if you visit at least most of the sights in town and use the tram. If I could I would rate this lodging an 11 out of 10. We are world travelers and this place is a gem. Also around the corner is Traiteur Toulouse - excellent food at a reasonable price. Also recommended by the hotel. "

"The front desk staff was very nice, and the property was very clean and beautiful. The area was quiet residential area which was good for us. Only one small thing is my sister's and mom's cosmetics disappeared from their luggage. Besides that, the hotel is superb."

"Wow what a find! I've know of Parkhotel for many years due to their sponsorship of women's cycling. Super friendly and helpful staff, very clean comfy room and what a breakfast selection, genuinely I stay in a lot of hotels and let's face it, brekkie selection can make or break it! I'm also gluten free due to an allergy and they had tasty gluten free selection. Great bar with a nice buzz in the evening. Totally recommend this ParkHotel and will definitely pick out this group for stays in the future!"

"The rooms are very dated, the sofa which had been made into an extra bed had stains all over it the car park is very much need of some work which you have to pay 18 euros for Getting to the hotel as its on some kind of loop is hard as well we only used it for one night as a base and it did just that"
