"The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."

"This apartment is conveniently located right around the corner from Cadorna train station. It is in an ideal location for walking (or transit if you prefer) to Castello Sforzesco, Duomo, and Santa Maria delle Grazie. The representatives at Italianway were very responsive to me when I emailed regarding our potential arrival time, and were all very friendly and helpful during our stay. "It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. The kitchen with a very minimum staff, but electrodomestics good. The neighbourhood area not very nice, people around drinking and a lot of rubbish in the streets. It was excellent...

"The property was so great and we loved it. The only thing that was quite different to us, is that we had to check in at a property office, and then told the apartment was walking distance from there. We had a huge suitcase and walked 20 Minutes in the freezing cold! If we had been better informed, we would have kept our cab there waiting from the airport, or maybe they can help to arrange transportation. The ladies that checked us in were so lovely and the whole experience was quite nice...
