"The staff was outstanding, particularly Viviana. You should be aware that this is a tiny hotel, only 6 rooms. And the front desk staff is only available between 9 AM and 6 PM local time. But the bed was comfortable, the heat was plentiful, the shower was modern and hot water was also plentiful. The rooms are not soundproofed, but fortunately the hotel is located on a very small alley, so there wasn't a lot of auto traffic or late night reverlers."

No staff on site check in and out done over WhatsApp which makes it difficult if you have questions, and generally how to get in and out of the building.
