"This is an excellent hotel. We enjoyed our stay, particularly the restaurant. Food choices were excellent and service was outstanding. The only negative happened at the registration desk. We were supposed to get our room ready at 3 PM (after arriving at 11 AM from an 8-hour flight), and it was almost 3:30 PM without a room, not even after claiming my Bonvoy status. Once we had worked out the train and bus (the staff explained which ones we needed for town) its situation which seemed far from town, did not seem so far! Breakfast was disappointing.
