"My booking was canceled by the owner while I was on my transit. Moreover, since she didn’t have me stayed or “called deleted my booking”, I never got my booking money back yet. Not from the owner and not from the Travelocity. It was a ripoff my money from Travelocity and Friends forever place! I did send a message to Travelocity city to refund my money as I didn’t able to stay there. No response yet! I want money back now!!! Stop ripping off people money with false promises! "

"Bad experience as they did not have room for me.(I flew first time to Ukraine so this was scary not to have room) So, I had to stay in bunk bed. But staff(Zena) was good n took care of me. Better call Hotel to confirm your booking else you will end up in my situation. "

"It was ok. I liked it. Room was a bit difficult to breath at night due to lack of ventilation. The more people, the less oxygen. Also, some noise at night by boys in the building. Other than that it was nice. Seemed safe, and a nice seating area. I would stay again, but I will hope it will be less people in the room."

"I stay here often so l dont get surprises. I dearly love the area so lm always happy to come back. Its a basic place, for the price of backpackers hostel you get your own room. I would recommend to bring own towels and not to count much on cooking (burners are too slow), better get a cooked meal (nearby supermarket has an amazing cooked meals) and just microwave it here). "

"I do not recommend! Insecure! Those staying at the hotel are not tourists, they are usually homeless people. I only stayed 1 day and left immediately. The woman standing at the reception is very rude and treats the customer so badly."

Front desk workers weren’t up to date on payments and I was requested to pay twice (it was resolved after a long process of trying to communicate since they didn’t speak English). "Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up...
