"Great location. Clean. They need to be more family and business women traveler friendly. The bar area that also doubles up as front lounge reception area/is toxic with a men only vibe. In the evening it becomes tough to pass by there-rough boozed up and exclusive to certain crowd."

"Great service. check-in was very easy. breakfast at the restaurant was good. I even forgot my bag at the restaurant and the staff returned it to me right away. I was very, very happy and thankful!"

"I have just spent a month at the Ibis city centre Kyiv. The hotel and staff were excellent in very difficult circumstances. The hotel continued with dining facilities and laundry despite constant air raid alarms and power difficulties. How the staff keep such happy smiling faces with all that must be going on in their own lives is incredible. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff and thank them for a wonderful stay in a wonderful country. I fully recommended the Ibis city centre to anyone staying in Kyiv. "
