"My husband and I just recently traveled from the US to Switzerland for a business trip/vacation. This hotel met every single one of my expectations and more. They offer countless amenities, the view is incredible, it’s only a five-minute walk to the Metro station, and the customer service is phenomenal. One personal detail is that I asked for an extra mug and spoon on one of the days of our stay (which they brought to my room immediately). Housekeeping must have noticed that I had an extra and they made sure that I had three mugs and spoons instead of two after they tidied up the room. It’s small things like this that keep me coming back because it shows that people care. Please stay here when you visit Lausanne. You won’t regret it. We didn’t want to leave!!! "

"The staff we're very friendly and helpful. The hotel has lots of nice little extras... robes, slippers, bag to use while staying, refrigerator with complementary drinks, water bottles for the road, etc. The views with the balcony are amazing. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The room was a lot bigger than I was expecting. Very comfortable bed and quiet surroundings. The hotel is very well looked after. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The valet parking is something I have not experienced before and was very impressive. The food in the restaurant was outstanding. I would have liked a bit more choice for breakfast but everything was nice. The hotel is in a very busy area so traffic is quite heavy. I would be happy to stay here again."

"We really loved this place. The view over the lake was amazing, and staffs were friendly. Recommend if you are driving. 2 bedroom APT was spacious for 6 ppl (including 2 kids) You can't complain to stay in this place for this price. "
