"Expedia promises things about this property that aren’t true, so I was disappointed with my stay. Expedia states it has a spa with free breakfast and a sauna. My purpose for my stay was to hike the Dolomites and I was looking forward to the spa and sauna after a long day of hiking. When I asked the owner how to get to the sauna she said that it’s an additional charge (more than I was willing to spend) and would take 1.5 hours to get ready. "The property was very nice and secure. Breakfast was included and consisted of fresh croissants and meats, three varieties of each. Coffee, tea, bread and jams were in the room upon arrival. The woman running the place was very friendly and helpful. For those unfamiliar with northern Italy's roads, they tend not to always be the straightest, but the view made up for this slighr inconvenience. "Casa da Carmen is a lovely property, everything is brand new and functions well. The breakfast was beautiful and the service very attentive. The hot tub and the views are incredible. Although, we weren’t aware there would be a charge (10€ per person) to use the hot tub. It’s the main reason we chose this particular property so it would have been nice to know in advance that there was an additional charge. Everything was very clean and the owners are lovely.
