"On the plus side, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was nice too, very spacious and clean. My beefs: I was never able to find a room service menu, and I wasn’t able to order a glass of wine or a cocktail because “that comes from the bar.” Also I wasn't able to charge my devices in the room at night because the outlets went out when the lights went off.
