"It is a guesthouse so facilities will be shared with others staying at the location. Not the fanciest of places but it’s cheap and the area is fairly convenient to Paris center about 25 minutes. The host was very kind and helpful with anything you needed. You will need to go through a couple of steps though prior to arriving which includes downloading apps onto your phone."

"The property was exactly as described/pictured. My daughter got sick on the way over, the hosts were beyond accommodating and helpful! This property is nestled in a quiet area that we loved. We never did figure out how to catch a bus. We opted to uber to RER and back, it was pretty affordable. The location was really close to Disney. It was about 45min - 1hr from most Paris attractions. "The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "Booked in advance for this stay during a visit to watch the Olympics. Arrived at the hotel 6pm on a Saturday evening, the opening weekend of Olympics. We had been travelling for over 16 hours with some travel delays. Greeted by host eventually who appeared from behind a tall secure closed gate to be told there were no rooms. Host shrugged and pretended not to understand that we may not be able to find somewhere else due to Olympic event. Host implied she wasn’t even aware the Olympics...

The property was well secured with Digital locks for the room and the main gate and changing those combinations after every guests check out The host was responsive at all the queries at all times! "The good: -The apartment itself was a nice place with high ceilings and appeared to be for the most part clean. -The area felt safe with a short 15 minute walk to the tram station. -Despite other reviews, we did have the place to ourselves. The bad: -There is certainly someone residing there on a regular basis as there were used bathroom products, shoes in the doorway, and other things left around the house. "I never actually got to stay there, granted I didn't see the small print that said I had to ring 24 hours before but when I got to the Apartment block and rang the number provided the person only spoke French and then the call was ended. Attempts were made to ring back but it went to voice mail. In the end I had to book in a Budget Hotel for three nights which was more then adequate"
