"This is a new hotel only open a short time. Excellent location lovely views but unfortunately the waiting staff in the restaurant let the standard down. Definitely need to learn how to operate as a team. Meal was very disappointing. "

"Very lovely setting. We had a hotel room with balcony overlooking the Adriatic which allowed us to sunbathe in private. Though built in the last 20 yrs., the smell of bathroom mold required our keeping a window open all night which was great for listening to the gentle lapping of the waves. Easy walk across to beach. Property was favored predominantly by Eastern Europeans. No decaf coffee available. A memorably awful croissant for breakfast. Gorgeous area of Italy but fine dining is not to be...

"I was very glad we stayed here instead of Vieste. Unlike the city, it was uncrowded and easy to deal with with. Free parking about 100 meters away, and close walk to charming old town. Breakfast was good. Be aware that, as with many such places, there's an added municipal tax you must pay above whatever you've already paid. Maybe Eu 2 per person per night? We did not go to the beach, but the views from our small room were nice."

"My stay was fantastic! The room was very clean, the staff was amazing and the location is great. Close to the beach, the marina and city center. They even have a golf cart that will take you to their section of the beach. They have parking onsite and breakfast buffet. Loved my time here!"

"We arrived at this hotel in the early evening when it appeared to be closed up for the season. There were no facilities. The owner was not helpful and there was no food available. The distance from the town is 2.2kms and not 0.4 as indicated on hotels.com. There were no taxis available and we had to walk this distance with luggage in both directions. I would not recommend this hotel."

"This was a wonderful agtiturismo for my three friends and my toddler to stay at. The owner is very sweet and accommodating. The included breakfast was delicious-a half dozen delicious homemade cakes, jams, and juices to choose from and eggs and meats to your order. We also had the dinner each night which was largely sourced from the farm and delicious. "The quintessential small, charming Italian beach town that one always looks for but can rarely find. Predominately locals or Italian vacationers with limited English spoken. Large sandy beaches a 5 minute walk away. The hotel itself is the nicest in the area from what we could see and is top notch. Great A/C which was welcomed with the 90 degree highs we were experiencing while there in June of 2017. "

"Not hot water the days we stayed. Showered with cold water. Management didn't care and didn't apologize for inconvenience. Bathroom was old and inadequate. AC was leaking water from cealing to floor and got cloths in suitcase wet. This hotel is 1 or maybe 2 stars. Overpriced and with basic services or amenities non-existent!"
