"They were flexible about us arriving later than stated. Set in a lovely olive grove. Apartment was cool, mosquito nets, Aircon in 1 room. Kitchen small, 1 person only, and needs more equipment, or at least kitchen knives. Loved the barbeque and outside shower. The host asked for cash for sheets / linen and aircon use upfront , even tho it was not listed in the details on VRBO, but when we pointed that out they quickly repaid so no problem. "Leonardo's place is a beautiful sanctuary just a 5 minute drive along a country road through an olive grove from down town Mattinatta. We sat each morning on the balcony and ate breakfast while looking out over the olive grove, the town of Mattinatta, the sea and the local mountains. And as our phones will attest to, "picture perfect", as it appears we took a lot of photos every time we sat there. The Apartment was clean and is well maintained and Leonardo was always available via whatsapp...
