"Great hospitality! Great people! A bit outdated but well maintained with cozy vibe. They had everything what we needed, outdoor indoor hot-tub, fireplace in the room, roam bus tickets, underground parking and the best view! There was some issue with shower water but they quickly tried to check and made everything right. Our family enjoyed our stay so much! "

"I’m so glad I booked this hotel!! Staff was super friendly way at the Bar - thanks to Sam, Dolby and Jan. They were pleasant and so nice to talk to. We hung out there everyday for a drinks and happy hour. The hotel exceeded my expectations. Super clean and spacious rooms. Sudden Sally was a wonderful place for meals. We had breakfast everyday when we stayed there for 3 days!! The hot pools was awesome and so much better than Hot Springs in Banff where we paid $40 for an old swimming pool and sitting with so many strangers. Planning to stay at this hotel again when we come back later in Fall 2025. Thanks for a wonderful stay and see you soon!"
