"We were in town for a conference and opted to stay at a cabin rather than a hotel. This cabin was perfect and had everything we wanted, including a king sized bed, hot tub, large comfortable couch, and much more. The place was extremely clean and well appointed, and communication with the property manager was prompt and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back. Thank you!"

"Our 4 night stay was wonderful, the inside has been recently renovated albeit it looks like some work is still being done in certain areas. It certainly did not deter from the overall experience and the owners have done a great job with the improvements thus far. The kitchen is amazing for cooking and entertaining. The house has an in-line water heater which was nice! The location is 45 minutes from Winterplace ski resort and about a 15 min car ride to most retail restaurant establishments. ...

"We loved Four Fillies! The property was kept up very well and was so beautiful. I loved the sound of the creek. We travelled back and forth from Blacksburg which was a bit of a trek (45 minutes) but was a fairly easy drive. it was so worth it!"

"Wonderful cabin for one or two! It was clean, well organized and neat. The bed is comfortable. Heating/AC worked well. It is in a very remote location a few miles off the four line highway, down a narrow, dark paved road, and then onto a narrow, dark unpaved road for the last 1/8 mile or so. It’s a very quiet area. Couple minor issues—the light bulbs in the ceiling fan in the living room did not work, but the fan itself worked. And all the lights and power in the bedroom stopped working...

"First time to the area. Easy to get to all three of the parks from the cabin. Pipestem is a beautiful park right acoss the road.The cabin was well equipped with blankets, towels & more . "I feel the property manager should warn people that there’s nowhere to get any food after 2:30 PM. There is a small grocery store that doesn’t have much. We may do the property itself was very nice. We were very comfortable. I feel you need to put a lamp in the living room so that we don’t have to put up with the glare of the overhead light, you need to use less air freshener I am smell sensitive and it gave me a headache. Thank you for a nice place to stay. "
