This home is very comfortable and well-appointed. We especially appreciated having two bathrooms and laundry facilities. Our family had a great time here over Christmas, and we plan to book it again for next Christmas!

Spacious and cozy
This 3 bedroom ranch had everything we needed to have a wonderful visit to see family in Rockford. The listing details were accurate and we truly enjoyed our stay. There spacious kitchen was perfect for hosting meals with our guests. The games in the basement made for good fun. We will stay here again on our next trip.

Big comfortable house!
Overall we had a great stay and the owner was responsive and we even extended our stay another night! Neighborhood was nice and quiet and easy to find. Back yard was perfect for our large dogs and the inside of the house is a great layout for large groups.

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was clean & well-maintained beds were comfortable. I really liked the double garage: we felt more secure with our vehicle locked up there, & it was very convenient with the remote garage door opener. The neighborhood was nice, too. We would definitely stay here again.

We love staying at this relaxing ranch
This 3 BR 2 BA ranch home on a quiet street in Rockford works well for us when we come to visit extended family. Whether it's just the two of us, or we're joined by our out-of-state son and daughter-in-law, this home offers comfort and quiet in between our high-energy visits with relatives. We especially enjoy the spacious kitchen and open living area. The fenced-in yard and quiet neighborhood make it great for our dog. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Wonderful Property
The house was in a quiet neighborhood, very clean, and tastefully decorated. I was traveling with adults, but this would also be a great place to stay for a family with children, particularly teens. The layout was great. Tim is an excellent host. I would recommend this property without reservation.

Good and as expected and better
The interior was nicely done and we enjoyed the Foosball and ping pong in the basement. All the extras that are needed were provided. The outside could use a little yard work but overall it was a good experience.

Cute Ranch/Great Location
Loved this house! Was nicely clean and exactly as pictured. It was a perfect house to stay at while we visited family in town. Our 1-year-old had lots of room to roam and was perfectly safe with a closed-off basement and no stairs. House was well stocked and Tim was easy to communicate with. We will definitely book this house again for future Rockford visits!

Great location
Spacious home near the casino and numerous restaurants and stores. Owner provided nice little extras like shampoo and coffee and filters. House and neighborhood are older, so they’re showing wear and tear and a lot of settling concerns. House was generally clean but appears overdue for a deep cleaning. Hot water only lasted about 3-4 minutes so we really had to cut showers short and really stagger shower times so everyone could have a bit of warm water. Looks like there is a new hot water heater in the garage that may be in the works for getting installed. The fenced yard is nice for pups, but it is a chain link fence, so be prepared for interactions with the neighboring dogs. Price is very fair for the amenities provided.

We spent the weekend at this wonderful property and had a fantastic stay. Everything was super clean and tidy, the property was better than as listed, and the fenced in backyard was great for our dogs. I'm an overprotective dog mom and this yard was secure enough that I felt comfortable letting them roam - no holes or weak spots in the fence. The garage was great since it decided to start snowing on our way into town. The neighborhood was lovely and we will definitely be back!

A pleasant home in a quiet neighborhood
The pleasant, clean home sure met our needs. Plenty of space. Each kid had their own room. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table in the basement. A big backyard too. We used the charcoal grill twice for entertaining friends. The washer and dryer were great for our extended 9 day stay. The home was in a quiet neighborhood. This sure beats staying in a hotel!
