The Space:

One of the highlights of the house is the large, private, heated indoor pool, measuring 40 feet by 20 feet and set to 87 degrees. The pool area also features a three-person sauna, a six-person hot tub, two luxurious day beds, and a full bathroom with dual shower head and cold plunge.

From the pool area, walk through a private indoor hallway to the open-concept living room and kitchen. The kitchen boasts high-end Fisher and Paykel appliances, including a gas stove and range, and a huge, eight-seat island. The living room features 23-foot-tall ceilings with expansive windows, a chandelier, and an 85-inch TV. Right off the living room is a dining room that can seat up to 16 people.

The house also features a conference room, with technology to support remote work, and a separate poker/game room with eight TVs, a poker table, and table tennis. A downstairs arcade/theater room has a soundbar and a 120-inch screen. Arcade games include NFL Blitz, NBA Jam, Terminator Salvation, two racing simulators, Golden Tee, and a four-player multi-cade that has 1,200 games.

The main floor of the house features a bedroom with two queen beds and a half bath. Upstairs, there are five bedrooms, including the primary bedroom with a luxurious sitting room and a 75-inch TV. The primary bedroom also features an ensuite bath with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. Attached to the primary bedroom is a bonus room with a queen bed that could serve as the seventh bedroom.
