"I upgraded to a deluxe room with a balcony and it was a lovely large space. Overlooking the River Teign. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food excellent. "

"This is most definitely the best place to stay in Exeter. It’s in a beautiful, quiet location, yet just a short walk to the city centre. The building is full of character and charm; our room was comfortable, clean and we loved the jacuzzi bath and fantastic drench shower with body jets. The staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely too, with lots of options available."
