"Had such a pleasant stay. The room was clean and neat. The food places around the hotel were convenient and walkable if not for the snow. Only complaint was that I wish the walkway and parking lot was salted more, especially the walkway. I slid so many times with my luggage. I’m glad I didn’t fall and get hurt. "

"We love this hotel. It was not a busy weekend, wish we would have been given a room with a balcony or patio. Provided 6 pods of regular coffee which was nice (usually only given 2 at other hotels and I always forget to ask for more) Our pillows were very hard for our liking, no soft ones at all in the room/closet. The reading light was missing on my side of the bed, a cover was placed over the old lighting, instead of putting a new reading light. Value: not so good "

"The PM front desk was ran by an extremely pleasant gentleman, very polite. The complimentary breakfast was great, Mark who was the attendant was friendly, helpful and engaging during the entire breakfast experience. Nice pool."

"It was a very short overnight stay. The front desk made check-in fast and easy. He also provided details about what the hotel offers and provided information about breakfast and times. The rooms were clean and I have absolutely no complaints "

"For nearly the past 5 years, one new year’s eve I stay at Best Western Plus for a few days to relax and recharge. It’s always quiet and very peaceful. I would strongly recommend a suite to have that at home feel. The breakfast buffet is another wonderful luxury. There’s also a fitness center and it’s a shopping mall and many restaurants in the area. A definite 10 out 10."
