Perfect Mayo Clinic location
Looking forward to staying here again. Convenient to restaurants and supermarkets. Very responsive host. Overall a great experience in a picture perfect neighborhood cottage. Maybe 5 minutes to Mayo Clinic by car.

Nicely equipped home on convenient location
We were in town for some testing at Mayo Clinuc. You’d be hard pressed to find a better location. A quiet neighborhood which fit us very well. The house had everything you could need, had a fun contemporary feel and was very well remodeled. Very close for groceries and some outstanding takeout food!

This was the 2nd time my daughter and I stayed at this property while getting treatment at Mayo. The location is convenient to anything you might need. The home is stunning and so comfortable. And the owner is responsive, kind and a joy with which to work. Highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, nice neighborhood, everything you need. Great walk in shower, plenty of room, Our Rochester friends were impressed that it was Crawford designed house. For us there was no downside of this property.

Stylish contemporary cottage
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The kitchen is fully decked out with everything you will need. High attention has been given to labeling the locations of all supplies and switches. They could use room darkening drapes and a upgrade on the bed frame. We would certainly rent again!

Great Open Floorplan
We loved and used the kitchen often. The house is well suited for another couple or individual. When we saw the layout of the house an uncle from Portland decided to stay with us 3 nights which worked out great. The host was very gracious and quickly responded to any inquiry we had. We would stay here again if the occasion to visit Rochester comes up and this house if available.

Family visit
We stayed in Rochester for the first time visiting family that live in the area. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to walking trails, parks, and Pickleball courts. The house was clean, refreshingly minimalist, and perfect for the needs of a family of four. We had some trouble accessing the TV system and the owners stopped by immediately to help us out. We will definitely consider staying in this house again.

Best VRBO experience I’ve ever had
When we walked in our first thoughts were “clean” and “cute” and those thoughts never changed although we added “comfy” and “convenient” to this list. I messaged the owner to let her know that this is the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed! I was there with a family member who was having surgery at Mayo. We used the house to rest and recuperate afterwards and it was the perfect spot. The layout was easy to manage on crutches and the beds had terrific mattresses on them. Little touches like labeled light switches and good quality paper products made us feel like we were in the home of caring and thoughtful people. 10/10!

Beautiful, clean, cozy gem
We absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful home. The proximity to Mayo made it perfect for early morning appointments, the neighborhood is quiet and quaint, and the hosts could not be more accommodating. Malea and Chad went out of their way to attend to our needs, and the house felt like a home away from home. From the decor to the comfortable bedding to the complete kitchen, it had everything we needed to make our stay memorable and relaxed. The snow was a huge plus for us Southerners, too. Perfect home with wonderful, communicative hosts in a lovely little town. Thank you for the memories and the pristine place to stay, we hope to return, soon!

Very nice!!!
The pictures of this property on the listing, are very representative of what you will find when you arrive and stay. While the vibe of the house (may not) be for everyone, we all thought it was well done and very comfortable. Malea was very responsive to any questions we had, and overall I would highly recommend this property and owner to any and all people looking to stay in Rochester. PS: it took me 25 minutes to walk from the property to the Mayo Campus, at a brisk walk.

The perfect property
My daughter and I stayed in this property while being treated at Mayo. The home is even lovelier in person and so comfortable. It’s light and airy, which we wanted while my daughter was recovering. Totally impacts your mood. The owner has thought of everything a guest might need. She’s very responsive and kind. We ended up extending our stay without any issues. The neighborhood is quiet and felt safe. And its proximity to Mayo locations is ideal (5-10 minutes max). I highly recommend and it will be my first choice if we ever need to return.

Nice place to stay and close to Mayo Clinic. Hosts were extremely responsive to any issues. Home was clean. My daughter especially liked relaxing in the soaking tub after a long day of doctor visits and tests.
