"I liked the idea that it was so close to my nephews house. The area was quiet and easy to park. The road to get to it could be better.its dirt and if your car don't sit high enough could bottom out. Even though there was AC it was hard to push the cool air into the back rooms. Being on the first floor-“basement “ level, we could not open the windows or get a sea breeze into the condo. In the back bedroom, we could not open one of the windows due to the note. The owners also left a note indicating we should have the dehumidifier running In the bathroom, which also...
