"Hotel was quiet and comfortable. This is an older hotel and needs some updating. The jets for the hot tub did not work and the breakfast was cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"When I made my reservation, I put in the instruction section that I needed a ground floor room or if not available a room near the elevator. If there wasn’t an elevator available, it had to be a ground floor room. On check-in, I was informed that it was an upstairs room. When I explained to the clerk that an upstairs room would not work due to my wife’s mobility issues and that I had made note of it in my reservation, he was able to get us into a ground floor room. "We liked everything about the stay except one. I was told at checkin that there would be a breakfast served. When i went up to check, all I saw was bread to make toast and a bowl of apples. I had to go out in -5 degree weather to get breakfast for myself and my invalid mother. "

"We rented for my son's graduation and the house was perfect, here's why. 1. This 6 bedroom house was a better value than any Columbia hotel even if it had had zero amenities. 2.
