"The best part of this rental is the location. It’s one of 8 houses (4 on each side of the street). The beach is on one side houses and a private pool on the other. You can sit on the outside porch and see the sea. There is easy parking. And there was a train very close as well. There is a close Conad grocery. A man comes every day (about 11:15) with fresh bread and pastries that he sells out of a white van. The owners of all the houses live below. The top part of all the houses are renters....

"Property was not properly described, it is located on the 3rd floor up very steep steps and this was not in the description. We did not stay as it would be extremely hard for my wife to climb all of those steps."
