"The accommodation was the lower half of a villa situated near the coast, with a view of the sea through the wooded garden. The rooms were of adequate size, simply but comfortably furnished. There was a bathroom with large shower enclosure, washing machine and separate toilet. The kitchen was small but equipped with a two ring induction hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. "Exactly like pictures very well equipped. 15 minute walk to le lavandou beach and supermarket nearby. Very nice area. Clean and comfortable. Owner very friendly and helpful but only spoke French so hard to communicate. Overall, would recommend and would stay again!"

"I know a studio would be self service but not to the point that the clean sheets and towels were still going round in the washing machine at designated 3p.m arrival time! Also previous guest's sheets still on packed away sofabed .Mattress protector dirty. So we had to dry sheets and do our own bed. Balcony very dirty and had to clean it. Toaster faulty and blew the electrics on day 1. Spoke to concierge but not much changed. Digger renovating park opposite bit annoying all day. "

"The location, Port de Bormes, is stunning. 10 Minutes from a gorgeous sandy beach, with great beach restaurants; the port itself has some really good restaurants within it and some amazing boats as a background drop. However, the communication from the agent was poor, with us having to chase information about key pick up and check in times. "Very friendly welcome and good communication from the owner. The apartment convenient for the town and surrounding area in a quiet location. Private parking next to the apartment was very reassuring. With the early part of the week of our stay so hot the air conditioning was very nice. The apartment is very clean and tidy and recently refurbished to a high standard. We would thoroughly recommend the apartment to others looking for a comfortable stay in this part of France."
