'Haven' awaits you with the best of everything at this beach-front cottage.

Relaxation is enhanced by the lapping waves at your doorstep! Three convenient steps lead from your front lawn giving you 'barefoot access' to a rare quiet local beach. A short walk takes you to the quaint little shops of Roberts Creek Village where you will find organic produce, locally-made crafts, a general store, and much more.

Outside you will enjoy the fantastic hot-tub with unbelievable view, wide wrap-around decks, deluxe after beach outdoor shower, relaxing Adirondack deck chairs, and professionally landscaped gardens. Outdoor eating is encouraged with your choice of chairs on the deck or the picnic table by the sea in the garden as alternatives to the dining room inside the cottage.

The cottage is appointed with 2 generously-sized bedrooms including one king-size and 2 twin beds all with goose down duvets and pillows. Snuggle in the evenings by the cozy gas fireplace and enjoy the ever-changing seascape spread out before you! You'll find an all-season barbeque on our covered deck. Enjoy endless outdoor games, (bocce ball, frisbee, etc), on the beautifully manicured back or front lawns or play on the beach with boogie boards, sand toys, etc, (all included). Beach umbrellas are also available for your use. Our kayak is included for your convenience!

The gourmet maple-wood kitchen is thoughtfully appointed to facilitate easy self catering, including a dishwasher and other conveniences as would be expected.

Entertainment may not be required when you have the ocean to watch and the beach to explore, but just in case you will find cable HDTV with Netflix, Prime, etc.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was clean and organized with a fully stocked kitchen. The views were stunning and it was great walking to the beach and into Roberts Creek. We also appreciated having the hot tub and bbq. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Sunshine Coast Experience
This is a delightful cottage right on the beach. It has everything that you need, well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, lovely living room and the best view on the Sunshine Coast. The owners were easy to deal and quick to respond to any questions that we had. Would definitely recommend.

We couldn’t have been happier with this home. Beautiful and quiet location right on the beach. Super relaxing! A short drive to some other beautiful beaches and trails to adventure on. It was really difficult to leave. We’ll definitely be back again!

Beach Haven is a gem! View, beach, coastal location and access are the best! Comfort and cleanliness are obviously a priority. The owners are so personable and truly know how to operate the perfect 5 star vrbo. One of our favorite beach cottages and we’ll certainly be returning.

The Best!
Great stay! House is perfect. Everything you need. Kitchen is stocked extremely well. Views are spectacular. Hot tub is wonderful. Watched seals and birds and even saw whales. Great hiking nearby, Roberts Creek is adorable, good food in Sechelt and Gibsons. We loved it!

The Perfect Getaway
Beach Haven was the perfect getaway for our family of 4, and our dog. It has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing stay, and a few things you didn’t think were necessary until you saw them, like a waffle iron and a panini press! The views of the water are spectacular, rain or shine. It felt secluded, yet still close to shops and cafes. It was definitely hard to leave at the end of the week.

Everything you’d hope for and more!
This is a fantastic gem of a property for a family or couple looking to enjoy endless views, serenity, hot tubbing, + great outdoor activities for the kids if you time your stay right with the tides. Kitchen was nicely stocked - everything was new and clean (not always our experience with VRBO’s). Owner/host Janet was wonderful - very responsive. She takes great care of the property and her guests! Robert’s Creek was new for us - loved the convenience of the general store and The Gumboot Cafe (amazing carrot cake). And only 15 mins away in either direction (Sechelt or Gibsons) from some great micro-breweries! Already booked our return visit - can’t wait!

Spectacular view!!
My family had a wonderful time here!! It was our first time on the Sunshine Coast. The view is breathtaking, We saw whales jumping from the lawn and tons of seals and fish. This was great for our 2 year old and dog as well! Janet was wonderful to speak too and always with a quick response. Don’t second guess to book this place is perfect! We would highly recommend!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

This was one of the best thought out cottages I've ever been in. It is small and cozy,but Janet has thought of absolutely everything. We chose to just relax,swim,hot tub and walk the dog. We will definitely book it again . Thankyou so much for a truly perfect week.

This is our second time here and I hope we have the opportunity for many more. Everything is as described,but the description doesn't capture how perfect everything is. The setting is steps from the beach,for the most part very private due to the landscaping.. The owner has thought out and supplied anything that could possibly be needed to make your stay easy. They are easy to contact if a problem arises , in our case the wifi was fixed within a few minuits . As far as surrounding activities....... We never actually leave. Between the beach,hot tub and the gum boot for occasional dinners there is no need to go anywhere else. Thank you again for a perfect week. MLC. July 2016

Perfect and relaxing
The cabin is cute, comfy, and fully stocked with everything you might need - blender, toaster, coffee, lots of back up TP, Paper towels, tinfoil etc. Also there are lots of hooks for coats and towels and swimsuits. I find a lot of other places lack these and they are so convenient. The view is incredible, it's quiet aside from the sound of waves and birds. Sitting in the hot tub watching the ocean was the kind of deep relaxation we were wanting. Really grateful that we could bring our dog with us too. We will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway
This was our second time staying in this lovely cottage, and it was complete with everything we needed for a perfect fall getaway. The ocean-front location and view from inside and outside the cottage is impossible to beat whether it's sunny or stormy. We can't wait to come back again!

When we walked into the house, we could immediately see out the big windows in the living room/ kitchen that we actually were quite literally right on the ocean. We spent a lot of time sitting just watching the birds and seals, and keeping an eye on the tugs going by. The house was very clean, and appointed with good quality items. The hottub was clean, hot, and had the same flawless view of the ocean. We unfortunately didn't have time to take the kayak out, but wanted for nothing during our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great! The kitchen had all basic appliances and some extras. We quit drinking coffee 1.5 years ago, so make tea in the morning, and the electric kettle was small and flimsy. Unfortunately I'm 5'1" and didn't see the very nice stovetop kettle above the microwave until the night before we left. My husband is over 6' so I blame him for this dramatic oversight. I thought I wouldn't like the spatula but it ended up being pretty good.

Lovely cottage on the coast
The home had everything we needed including a comfortable king size bed, which is not easy to find in many vacation rentals. We were also glad we brought our binoculars as we had several sightings of humpback whales during our stay! Enjoyed star gazing in the hot tub in the evening and many walks along the beach with our dog. Had a very relaxing week.

The perfect spot to watch the ocean either on a rainy or sunny day. On a lawn chair out front or in the hot tub. You may even see Humpback whales as we did. Well stocked kitchen and comfy bed
