"This is a fantastic refurbished apartment in the medieval centre of Dolceacqua - as previous reviews there are very many uneven steps both up to the apartment and also once you are inside so not really suitable for those with restricted mobility but the climb is definitely worth it - the views are simply amazing. "Property is a little slice of historic charm, with wood beam ceilings and thick walls. Beautiful terrace, amazing view of the ocean, and comfortable bed. Note: it is on a very narrow road and sometimes you encounter a vehicle going down while you are going up. On occasion you will have to back-up to allow a vehicle to pass. "We enjoyed our stay at Ventimiglia. The location was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the little beach that we had easy access to. Our only complaint would be that it was not stocked well and we had to run out and buy toilet paper because there was a small partial roll there."
