"Overall, it was a good experience. However, i have to point out a few things. First, the Hotel is rated as a 5 start hotel, but it is more of a 4 star, in my opinion. It is very overpriced for what it offers. Crowded restaurants (only 1 option for the fullboard/all inclusive service), they had a problem with one of the two elevators on the Central Wing, so a LOT of wait time just to use the elevator. Only 1 pool, and no indoor or heated option (you have to pay extra to use the spa pool). Front desk staff didn’t help much on check in and did not explain how the full board system worked, and did not give all the information about hotel amenities. The hotel was super busy because of a conference and the restaurants were super full and did not accommodate all guests. The room was great (deluxe with ocean view), with an incredible view and very modern and clean. Sometimes, there was a light smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, but nothing major. In the end, we enjoyed our stay but it is DEFINITELY OVERPRICED. For the price we payed, I expected exceptional service and amenities, but was only great. "

"O hotel é muito gostoso!!! Os quartos são excelentes, as sacadas também …. A piscina é uma delicia… De frente pra uma praia bem bonita … Coisas que poderiam ser melhoradas: O box do banheiro, os elevadores e a comida, que achei bem razoável. O café da manhã também, nada de especial. Já fiquei em hotéis desse mesmo nível e acredito que esses pontos poderiam ser melhorados. Mas no geral, é um bom hotel!! Com certeza retorno .. mesmo com esses pontos negativos, que acho que com um olhar especial da administração pode ser resolvido. "

"Great stay with great staff"

"Well.. it’s a “ Airbnb” type property. So the apartments are owned. The place itself is small but nice, the area is beautiful and safe, you can walk to the beach, awesome pools, one on the roof next to a sauna, and a huge one on the ground floor, breakfast is included and adequate. Staff is friendly and courteous! BUT people were remodeling an apartment right below us, so there was loud drilling and hammering at 8 AM. Not something you want on a vacation.If it weren’t for the noise it would have gotten 5 stars."
