"Very friendly staff, beautiful view of the river from our room. Easy access to the Centennial trail for a morning run beside the river. Walking distance to Twigs for dinner and to the movie theater for after dinner. Good breakfast, and all for significantly less money than the other places we were considering. Definitely recommend this place if you're looking to stay on the east side of Spokane. Only negative is the bathroom is very basic, recommend an upgrade for the next remodel."

"There was remodeling going so there was not hot water although construction had been finished by several hours. I showed at 9pm and the water was only warm. Other than that my stay was wonderful. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. "
