"We had a really nice stay. The only thing that would have made it better would be some cleaning tools. I'm pretty clean, but there wasn't a broom or vacuum. There also wasn't a net for the pool, which was kind of annoying with a toddler who loved throwing his toys in the pool. No backup of toilet paper either."

"The Flamingo house was a perfect rental; it had everything we needed. The backyard and patio were our home base for the 4 days we stayed in Palm Springs. The pool and jacuzzi were heated, and ready to go upon arrival. The central location made it easy to get around. Super comfortable beds and squeaky clean amenities. The only thing missing was lights in the bathroom next to laundry room, and the kitchen could benefit from updated lighting. I’d most definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed here for a few nights on the way home to Colorado from the coast. We were really happy with the casita and Steve was a great host. Everything was very clean and the neighborhood is extremely quiet. It’s a pleasant walk downtown. We plan to make this a regular stop from now on."

"Cleanliness very poor , spider and all kinds of insects inside & out , around the property was very dirty table $ chairs outside was very old & dirty and unusable. We couldn’t understand the charges for cleaning on top rental cost . …. No light at the entrance of this property very difficult to enter to drive way , when returning home at night specially for guest who are familiar to area to locate property drive way on a two way road with absolutely no shoulder to pull over & search . "This little cottage was PERFECT! It’s centrally located, easy to get to, smooth check in and check out process, and equipped with everything you could need for the perfect quiet little getaway weekend. Property managers were very quick to respond and accommodating, as well as keep the place very clean and the outdoor patio was a dream. "
