"While the room itself was in good condition and the host was responsive when I arrived (2 guests) there was only one towel awkwardly hanging in the closet that was soiled and the only additional towel was in the shared kitchen cabinet (still only 1 towel) additional guests left dishes around in kitchen that smelled and upstairs neighbors had a extremely loud party that lasted until 8am!"

"My husband and i stayed for 2 days and we loved it! We walked everywhere. We bar hoped and walked back so its perfect place to stay if you plan on drinking. To top it of, the apartment is super cute and very clean. You wont be disappointed if you stay here."

Then when we did make it into town we drove to the property and quickly turned around and booked a new place. This house is the only decent thing on the block. It is in the hood and not safe for families to stay if you are not from the area or if you plan on going outside the house at all. "The host was SUPER friendly. Very helpful and informative. The ONLY thing i didn’t like about it, was it was a TAD bit smaller than what it looked like in the pics. But other than that, i have zero complaints or remarks whatsoever. The only thing i would have liked to know before my stay was that it’s in the basement of a house. "The place just like the description. The rooms are spacious and there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Living area is big enough. With all the furniture and utilities just felt like a home. The only concern is the area. It is a busy road with all emergency vehicles moving around all the time. But it didn’t distrub our sleep. I would recommend anyway looking for stay in newark so they communicate to NY and other important attractions."
