"The views and atmosphere are fantastic. The accommodation is great. The only issue is the standard "staying in an old Italian place" problem - Parking. It would be a good improvement to have guaranteed parking for the accommodation."

"The property is spectacularly situated, but is somewhat difficult to find, one has to cross the neighbours’ ground to approach. The appartment was reasonably tidy, but the furniture needs refurbishment. The lower compartiment is used for storage of garden equipment and is severely smelling (fuel damps of the grassmower) and can therefore not be used as a sleeping facility. The swimming pool was clean."

"We chose Ca' Mia for our brief visit to the Lake Como area largely because it's location suited our anticipated day trip plans. Access to the Menaggio and Cadenabbia ferry stations was very convenient and allowed us to get back and forth across Lake Como both with and without our vehicle. We also enjoyed visiting Villa Carlotta which was very close to Ca' Mia. The rental property is tucked into a residential section on the side of the hills above Menaggio so there is no view of Lake Como from...

"The location and view were perfect for us. No toilet on first floor was an issue for us as was the lack of adequate seating for all guests in the living room. Lighting was very bad and mirror placement in master bath only works if you are over 6 ft tall. "

"Wir hatten eine super Zeit. Der check in Vorgang mit dem sehr freundlichen Verwalter war völlig reibungslos. Im Haus alles vorhanden was man sich nur wünschen kann. Super Aussicht, tolle Lage und ein super Restaurant fussläufig. Spielstrasse für die Kinder da Sackgasse. Was will man mehr."
