"My stay at Aloft BWI exceeded my expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was smooth and welcoming. Brandon at the front desk was excellent—professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He recommended great local spots to eat, filled us in on the happy hour amenities, and made sure we were aware of the shuttle service. Speaking of the shuttle, it was fantastic. Both to and from the hotel, the drivers were courteous and even shared some great food recommendations of their own. The hotel itself was modern, clean, and comfortable. Overall, the service and hospitality made this stay a memorable one. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

Only thing was the room was cold and it was hard to set the room temperature. But the linen bed were comfortable and the room was clean. Would recommend staying here"

"Clean, beautiful modern hotel. Some front desk staff was friendly and helpful and accommodated our extra needs. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Bedding could be better. The pillows provided were flat and the hotel did not have any extra pillows when requested. Overall, the stay was very good."
