"Welcome by staff was very good. They were fantastic, enthusiastic to assist. Room was large, with everything we needed. Very traditional, with kettle, free water and alt milk ready. Great bar and the Garden room offered cocktails or tea. Perfect for visit to York."

"the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has wonderful amenities, including a bar that serves food. Located very near the Heart of Harrogate, especially Bettys Tearoom it was perfect. The only tiny issue is that we couldn't open the window for a bit of fresh air..."

"Efficient, friendly staff at check in. Excellent choice for breakfast and served promptly. The hotel was clean, although there were signs that it was beginning to look a little worn. The shower was hot. The hotel was in an quiet location, convenient for travelling to York or any part of North Yorkshire. Would recommend."
