"We stayed in ground floor accomodation. Problem with lounge area. Not private. Sofa bed for sleeping 3rd person had no privacy. Lounge and kitchen open to all those occupying floors above ours as they entered building from street level front door. No wall or door to give privacy which was rather disconcerting. Also no security for personal property. Although we had private bedroom for two and private bathroom the description of the property was not as advertised. "

We made arrangements for the key. It is actually around the corner from where TomTom took us, so if using that system just continue until end of road and turn left and it is there on the left.
