"Quietest place we have ever stayed. My spouse loved the parking garage with 2 McLaren, G wagon, Ferrari, Lotus, etc. Nice hot shower, Little kitchen. Bed was good. Great restaurants and shopping around. Would absolutely stay here again. Had gone for a medical convention."

"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"Property is run down. Room smelled like raw sewage. Dog droppings in an Absolutely NoPets Room found in hallway outside our room and surrounding our parking space. Kitchen had no spoons for silverware. Bathroom had residual dog fecal matter spread on floor, we had to clean up. You could literally smell the room odor from the hall. "

"Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. "

"When I reserved this place and messaged Natalie an introduction of who we were and why we were in Phoenix I got NO RESPONSE.....I thought, oh well, that's ok. A week or so later, I messaged her asking about a hair dryer and got NO RESPONSE.....I was a little irritated but figured not a big deal. The day before check-in I messaged her asking how we access her place and got NO RESPONSE! On the morning of check-in I called her and got a voice mailbox that was full. "While this may look like an older hotel, you still have your own access. Our room was a bit outdated, but it was very comfortable and had what we needed. There are elevators in the building. The price was right and very affordable. They do have a front desk during regular hours of business, so if anything was needed that would be the only time to communicate. Not far from 51 or the 101, plenty of restaurants, gas stations, and other stores needed. There is a Safeway (Jewel/Albertosons) about 2...

"Personally I liked but there were some items that were broken before I got there. Like the handle of the microwave and it appeared. Overall, i still highly recommend it. Though I did appear to get locked out of my room before the 10:00am check out time. So beware of that happening. Luckily the front desk was helpful and go me back in."
