Specifically: • The room was filthy, with visible hair and handprints on surfaces. • There was no carpet in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable. • No hand or face towels were provided. • The refrigerator (geladeira) was dirty and seemed not to have been cleaned properly. Front desk doesn’t have the door codes because flats are individually owned. Pull out sofa bed is horrible! Stayed 4 days, never received clean linen or towels or toilet paper"
