"Great location close to town. Spacious and well appointed room with a very comfortable bed and modern and clean bathroom. Excellent setting and ambiance with lush gardens and wonderful views of the mountains. Very good restaurant. Would definitely recommend. Antonio at the front desk gave professional and friendly service all around and Carina at the restaurant was fast and courteous."

"Great Location with beautiful views and easy access to town of El Valle. Shower water can run a little cold by American standards but not anything too bad. Nice staff and the black cat that lives at the hotel is the friendliest creature ever. Microbrewery on site is cool too"

"The location and property is great with really friendly and attentive staff. I wish I had nothing but positive comments to leave but there we're a couple of issue. The first is sort of minor, they had some really silly rules. No coolers allowed, I didn't even have a cooler but I never heard of a hotel prohibiting coolers. The second, no shoes inside the room. Since when does a hotel tell me I can't wear shoes into the room? As for my main issue, I left with countless insect bites after sleeping...

"Great location just a 5 minute walk to town. The room we had was quite large with lots of room in front of the bed to move around. Having the pool was a big bonus and the 4 outdoor kitchens (plus the two indoor) gave everyone room to spread out. Bianca at check-in did a great job showing us around the property and giving us a quick tour of the town on a huge map just outside the lobby office, nice touch! "
