Peaceful and idyllic.
Hotel Campestre is very comfortable, extremely quiet and serene and has an alpine feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The pictures do not do this place justice. It's beautiful, backs up to the mounts, the grounds are well manicured, and the staff is amazing. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

Property is outdated. There's really no swimming pool, the picture is deceiving. There was no water for a good amount of time, then when it came, no hot water. This property should not be on Expedia.

The property was beautiful and very relaxing. The rooms were clean. Unfortunately for half of our stay the rooms did not have any running water. This was not disclosed in advance so it did not meet our expectations. For travelers unfamiliar with Panama, March is the end of the dry season and many locations are sparse on water. It would have been nice to know that I would not have a shower after hiking and before my nice dinner.

We were very disappointed in the condition of this property. We were scheduled for a 2 night stay, but left after 1 night. This property needs a good cleaning and update. We had the following issues in our room- the hot water flow at the sink was smaller than a drinking straw, we had to remove the back of the toilet to flush it several times, the ceiling fan made a terrible noise, the floor was dirty - I wore my shoes when I got out of bed, we put a chair in front of the door because the lock concerned us. The owner did contact us and refunded our money after our early departure.
