"Enjoyed everything about my stay and would go back again. Staff is excellent and given that I was traveling w my dogs it was “good enough”, not so lovely I felt nervous to have the dogs there, not so gross I felt nervous to have the dogs there. "

"Arrived to a house that had not been properly cleaned. Hot tub had visible green growth and the smell was revolting. Hot tub splashes drain directly to the basement where you will find standing water in a far corner next to the mini fridge. Moisture from water is currently rotting the wood underneath and black/white molds cover the beams in the basement corner. Owner is aware of issues and will do his best to inconvenience you if you find these conditions uninhabitable. The owner Dan will become outright hostile if you have complaints. Still haven’t received the entire amount that is due to be refunded as Dan updated the property quote after the stay to overcharge us. "

"We stay here fairly regularly and it's always our go to hotel. Staff are always fantastic, rooms are clean and well equipped and the breakfast is good too. "

"This cabin was very clean and cozy. It’s very secluded and the views from anywhere on the property are beautiful and we saw several deer roaming. We have a large family and this was just what we needed to get away to relax and unwind. We have stayed at different cabins and found this cabin to be at the top of the list as somewhere we would consider staying at again in the future. The only thing I would change is to have a key to the door handle located somewhere outside because it would be very easy to lock yourself out. "

"I liked how responsive the owners are and how quiet it is. The breakfasts are amazing - they give you a menu and bring it to your door when you want and it tastes great! The only downside is when it's super cold out, the floor gets cold, but they do run space heaters in addition to the regular heater and even put down extra rugs. The cabin is on stilts since it's right on the river so I think some insulation under the floor would make it perfect!"

"We booked this B&B so we would be close to the Gallapolis Christmas lights. It was a perfect location right on the Ohio River. We got there early before check in and was aloud to check in. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the tugboats and barges float by. "
