"Not, clean. My phone in the room was not working had an emergency in the middle of the night couldn’t communicate. My room they never went to clean it , I had to make a complaint to be able get towels and toilet paper. Bad experience."

"The two nights we were there the main dining/bar area was closed which limited our choice to the roof top area which was only open late afternoons. I did like the location as it made getting around Old San Juan very easy."
