"Great experience. Lady at front desk was very helpful. Thought it was a great deal for Oslo. I had a rent a car, so easy to get to. No tv in room, fine by me. One in the lobby. Shared bathroom, clean and convenient. Full shared kitchen. Very convenient. I went to the local market, heated up pasta and sauce. I would definitely recommend. Lobby had a nice zen feeling. Nice touch with the battery candles. "

"They did not have my expedia booking and sold my room. Luckily i had access to their lounge and wi fi. My wife called expedia from South Africa and held for on the phone for close to an hour!!! If you book international, you have to have immediate online help 24/7 via wifi. Writing 2 phone nrs and charges may apply is just rubbing salt in the wound. "The only complaint I have is that because these are unmanaged or at least I never met or saw an employee - there was no one to deal with the folks who decided to stay up yelling and screaming all night. The next night too someone came onto a shared balcony and tried to look into my window. Just there wasn’t anyone to call in these situations for help."

"Hotel is right next to the train stations and trollies. You literally just step out of the train station and step into the hotel. It's also in the middle of the city and walking distance to everything. The staff were incredibly nice and they have one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at any hotel. Rooms are pretty small but the convenience, staff, breakfast were worth it."
