Lofts Orizon offers you this brand-new, warm and inviting 250-square-foot loft in the heart of downtown, a true gem combining simplicity and modernity. Featuring a spacious rooftop terrace, this space is the ideal place to relax, with a breathtaking view of the St. Lawrence River.
Accommodation:
● The kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a refrigerator, oven and microwave. With a complete kitchen set, it will enable you to prepare your favorite dishes in the comfort of your accommodation.
● For sleep, the loft features an ultra-comfortable Queen foam bed, guaranteeing peaceful nights. With opaque curtains, you're sure to enjoy your bed even more.
● For entertainment, you'll find a 50-inch Roku smart TV connected to Cogeco cable in addition to high-speed Wi-Fi.
● The private bathroom is equipped with a resplendent shower, soft towels and personal hygiene products. You'll also find a hairdryer.
● The loft has beautiful long windows that bring in natural light creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Designed for your comfort with heating, ventilation and air conditioning, you can set the room temperature to your liking.
Passenger access:
● 24 hours before your arrival, you will receive your personal 4-digit code allowing access to the interior of the building and to your loft on the 2nd floor. Please note that the loft is accessible by stairs only.
● Free parking: parking spaces are available 200 meters from your loft, a 2-minute walk. The parking lot is private and belongs to us at Lofts Orizon. So you can enjoy your stay in peace, without the slightest worry.
● Free laundry facilities are available on the same floor as your loft. Please note that for your convenience, Tide Pods laundry detergent tablets are available in the loft in case you need to clean your clothes.
Compliance with the building's rules and regulations is a mandatory part of the rental contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, such as deductions from the security deposit or even eviction of the customer, without reimbursement of the cost of the stay.
1. General terms and conditions
Guests and visitors must comply with the building's rules and regulations, as well as with the instructions provided by the building manager during their stay.
Guests must inform the building manager as soon as possible of any incidents, breakages or complaints from neighbors.
2. Noise and neighbors
Guests and visitors must behave in such a way as not to disturb the normal enjoyment of other tenants, and to maintain the peace and quiet of the premises, particularly between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am.
Excessive noise may result in termination of the rental contract.
3. Visitors
Guests are authorized to invite a maximum of 2 visitors at any one time during their stay, and are responsible for ensuring that visitors comply with the Building Regulations.
4. Events
It is strictly forbidden to hold parties or any other type of large-scale gathering on the premises.
5. Grounds access and parking
Guests do not have access to the building grounds, nor may they use the parking lot. Parking is available nearby.
6. Garbage and recycling
Guests are required to dispose of their garbage or recycling in the bins provided for this purpose on the building grounds.
7. Rooftop terrace
The communal roof terrace is accessible at all times. The terrace is also a non-smoking area. At all times, you must comply with the building's rules and regulations, and exercise caution.
In particular, the use of a “barbecue” is not permitted on the roof terrace.
8. Smoking
The accommodation is non-smoking. The guest undertakes to respect this clause, and to ensure that his guests do likewise. Guests must dispose of their cigarette butts properly in the ashtrays provided outside.
9. Cannabis and other drugs
It is strictly forbidden to consume, grow, produce or process cannabis or any other illicit substance in the building or on the grounds of the property.
10. Pets
Pets are strictly prohibited on the premises.
11. Breakage
Any breakage must be reported to the building manager. Failure to do so may result in a deduction from the security deposit.
12. Departure
When the guest leaves, it is important that the accommodation is left clean and in order. In the event of non-conformity of the premises, charges may be levied to compensate, including extra cleaning charges or charges for broken equipment.
13. Compliance with Regulations
Violation of any of the rules included in these Regulations constitutes a breach of the General Conditions of Occupancy in accordance with the Rental Agreement.
The owner and/or property manager reserves the right to terminate the seasonal rental contract and/or evict guests who cause a nuisance to the property and/or the neighbourhood.
