"Had a lovely mother & daughter break at this lovely beach house. A great base for our holiday. My only criticism- nothing to do with the accommodation- but the pub food wasn’t that great. We had to go further afield."

"Absolutely fabulous place to stay! Exactly as described with everything you need for a break away. Hot tub was a great touch in wonderful little garden with lights. So clean and a pleasure to stay there. Lovely little touch with welcome basket on arrival. Would highly recommended!"

"Everything was wonderful. Our hosts even included a pack of biscuits and 500ml of milk in the fridge. The road up to the cottage is a well maintained farm road as long as you drive at no more than 10 mph. Very comfortable king size bed sith luxurious bath towels etc. The wifi worked well as did the tv although we hardly had it on. The towns of Pickering & Malton were less than 5 miles away, both with good & interesting shops. I look forward to returning on my next visit."

"Such beautiful accommodation which had everything we needed. The layout was perfect for us and having the pool table and the assortment of games was great. The bonus of a sauna was great! The grounds were lovely with the sheep and Beebee the alpaca who was really entertaining. The woods were beautiful for a wander and we even managed to see the owl. Thank you for a perfect week."

"We were very happy with this property, we booked it as we were celebrating my Dads 60th so needed a base near by, the north and sound bay are easily walkable but hilly. The property was clean and well cared for and provided the basics and more for our 2 night stay, it’s a delightfully quirky property, there were lots of steep stairs as the property’s over 4 floors but we didn’t mind at all, it adds to the character of this pleasant property and we would definitely stay here again and recommend...

"This house is a great house for a large group, is well located so you can walk everywhere, it’s well fitted out and it’s spotlessly clean. But the damp smell and unsightly damp stains across the house detract from this and should be declared to people before they stay. We checked in at the end of a very wet day and the house stunk of damp. The ground floor kitchen area was especially bad and it got better as you went up the levels. The smell got slightly better later in the stay when the rain...

"If you are unsure about booking. Then don't be. The cottage is exceptionally well looked after and wants for nothing.
