"Great location. Super clean. However, we didn’t know that our room is on the other side of the building (there are 2 apartments) and had to transfer lift. We had to carry our 4 luggages up/ down the stairs (like 5-6steps) since their wheelchair/ vertical platform lift wasn’t working. Overall, the room was pretty nice and clean."

"hotel was clean receptionist was polite and a fast check in. the area is considered unsafe but honestly just keep your wits about you and its friendly enough not all that bad more interesting. great for finding party products. we ate nearby and there was lots of selection. i would stay again if I returned to Brussels. "I would go back. Staff was very friendly and tried very hard to make my stay enjoyable. Minus one star because I had to go buy an electrical adapter and I got lost looking for the laundry. Also, couldn’t find the hair dryer or room safe till the last day. Breakfast was tasty and the lady in the breakfast area was super friendly and took pride in her work. "The apartment was very good, very comfortable for 5 adults. The area was not the best one, walking to the apartment late at night we had to look over our shoulders constantly. Saturday morning we were woken up with a very loud noise of someone using a VAP right outside our window, and for a quite long period of time. It was after 8am, but we didn't expect that much noise on a Saturday morning. "
