"Very basic hotel, a bit noisy at night time, but I was still able to get a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly. Just keep in mind that you check in at a hostel a few doors down, but the staff will walk you to your building. The hotel's location cannot be beat!"

"Awesome place! Nice size rooms and right off the old town part! Short walk to parking, breakfast, and the historic part of Ljubljana! Lucas got me taken care of and pointed out places to eat and drink and showed me to my room and was a great help! The staff were all great! If im ever back in Ljubljana, ill for sure be looking for a room here! Thanks yall!"

"Perfect location overlooking the river. The views were amazing! Close to everything. The room was a good size and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. Despite location, the window system blocks out noise from outside. I went for 4/5 for 2 reasons. 1: I found I kept picking up blonde hairs on my socks but I am brunette so the floor must not have been cleaned properly. 2: the shower dripped half the night which disturbed my sleep. "Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible."

"I had an amazing stay at the Isabella Rooms in Ljubljana. I was here for two nights. I spent a week in Slovenia so I was trying to be pretty budget conscious. This place was more affordable than regular hotels because of the shared bathrooms, but there was nothing budget about it. The rooms are brand new and clean, as well as the bathrooms. "I felt like this experience gave a glimpse into maybe how locals live. It was a very good size place to stay. The breakfast was my favorite one after being in Europe almost 3 weeks. Crepes- yum! The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, but it was a charming place and I’m glad we stayed there! Nice to have parking taken care of too. "

"The place was clean, great location, highly recommended. The only negative thing I found (and it bother me because I was traveling with kids) was the cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9:30, then at 9:45 pointing at her watch, when checking out is at 10. As we are asked to check in at 3pm, I was expecting to be left alone until 10am. "

"This is a truly magical part of the world. This is for those that want to have true connection with their travels. We are planning a return trip for a week to explore this region more. "

"30 minutes to find this place after arriving via bus. There is no sign at the street and bushes obscure the front of the apartment. But once we located it, everything else was super. The place was clean and quiet. I will stay here again. I just think it would help if in addition to the wonderfully detailed instructions on how to use the door and about the house rules, it would be great to have a map included in the instructions because even Google Maps was totally confused."

"Really nice Room in Majas house. Maja is a nice and courteous host. Parking possibility direkt in front of the house. You can reach Ljubljana center by walk in about 25 minutes, Maja tells you the best route. The bathroom and Toilette are shared. We enjoyed our stay, thank you."

Our only small complaint was the size of the bathoorms as they were tiny and the one in our room (10) you couldn't really sit down properly as the loo was so close to the sink. "I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. "A beautiful apartment, very spacious, clean and with great amenities. Perfect for exploring Ljubljana, in the old town near to lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining where the local sights were and supermarket etc. Would definitely recommend."

Lovely central room

"Fantastic location right in the heart of the city, with the only slight downside being some noise from the nearby restaurants at night, but this was incredibly minor. The room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing luggage storage and highlighting that we had accidentally left some belongings after we checked out. I would happily stay here again."

"This is ...... a GREAT pick!!!! A Super, super nice play to stay. The staff cannot be any friendlier and more helpful. the room was perfect in every way. The food is amazing and the wines suggested by the waiters were spot on. If I visit This city again I will most definitely stay there again. The location is the absolute best possible. A truly wonderful hotel. "
