"Awesome place! Nice size rooms and right off the old town part! Short walk to parking, breakfast, and the historic part of Ljubljana! Lucas got me taken care of and pointed out places to eat and drink and showed me to my room and was a great help! The staff were all great! If im ever back in Ljubljana, ill for sure be looking for a room here! Thanks yall!"

"This was our favorite place during our trip! The views are unbelievable. The staff was friendly, and we were able to store our luggage while grabbing breakfast after checking out. They called a taxi for us, as well. Excellent location close to everything. We had reservations at Strelec in the castle and this was so convenient to the funicular, as well as walkable after many glasses of wine. We hope to be back!"

"Our stay at Viva rooms was good. The location between the train station and the tourist areas was great. The host was excellent at responding to messages and met us at the hotel. She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. The room was in ok condition, but the shower needed some work (some mold growing on the floor tiles around the drain). The bed was large, but a bit too hard for my taste. "Exterior looks like a building occupied by punkers. Reception was tiny and busy, but effective. We got a day short on our keys, but it was fixed quick enough. Rooms were clean, cool, quiet, and functional. Nothing fancy at all but we had a very good sleep over 3 nights. Showerhead was terrible."

"Overall good location for heading to center of town for dining and beverage. Convenient to major bus and train station Staff very helpful and welcoming. comfortable accommodations but there are no amenities at all. No laundry facilities, self laundry is a 17 minute walk. No hairdryer in room. Also Would have been nice to have a common area for brewing hot water for evening tea and refrigerator to hold food because restaurant is not open every day. "

"I had an amazing stay at the Isabella Rooms in Ljubljana. I was here for two nights. I spent a week in Slovenia so I was trying to be pretty budget conscious. This place was more affordable than regular hotels because of the shared bathrooms, but there was nothing budget about it. The rooms are brand new and clean, as well as the bathrooms. "The place was clean, great location, highly recommended. The only negative thing I found (and it bother me because I was traveling with kids) was the cleaning lady knocking at my door at 9:30, then at 9:45 pointing at her watch, when checking out is at 10. As we are asked to check in at 3pm, I was expecting to be left alone until 10am. "

"I felt like this experience gave a glimpse into maybe how locals live. It was a very good size place to stay. The breakfast was my favorite one after being in Europe almost 3 weeks. Crepes- yum! "I had a very good stay in Studio 3. The studio was spacious and very well appointed and very clean. A special mention for the bed which was the most comfortable bed I have slept in for years! The wet room/ bathroom was fabulous too as was the layout of the whole place including the well equipped kitchen with excellent fridge. "The property is clean and close to center and castel however, the glass partition seems unecessary and if you try to watch tv from bed, the glass dividers are in the way. "

"This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The location was perfect - located almost directly on the canal, minutes walk from the castle and the bridges. We were so impressed by the helpfulness of the staff. The breakfast was great, even though options for vegans were limited. One of the staff did offer us additional avocado or asked if there was anything else we’d like. I just thought that was really thoughtful. The coffee was beautiful. Our room was perfect for us- the bathroom lovely and the bed really comfy. We honestly could not have asked for a better hotel and am so glad we chose to stay here."

"Pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Full disclaimer: hotel is a bit old but clean. Beds were very comfortable. Shower wasn't great and easy to flood the bathroom. Breakfast buffet and breakfast staff were excellent! Great location, about 2 minutes walk to the old town and 10-15 minutes to the train station. Would definitely stay again. "
