"I stayed 2 night. My travel was interrupted by a serious injury that my wife suffered. I needed a place stay, and I knew nothing about the hospital neighbourhood. I found this hotel inline, and I booked primarily based on walking distance and some guest reviews. This is a small-budget hotel with basic amenities. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There isn’t much in the way of entertainment or dining in the area, but there is a gem of a bistro just around the corner."

"Alessandra and her father were very accommodating. The property was in good condition. A lack of a working elevator was an issue as it was on the top floor of a building. They said it was being installed, so maybe in the future it will be better. I liked how close it was to a fitness center and the train station. "I booked a room with private bath, but, when arrived had to insist on it as they had me in without one. Took much longer to get to any of sights than listed on line. Traffic noise so loud at night I couldn't sleep. I went next door for coffee and bakery goods, instead of coffee from machine and commercially packaged items served. Staff was helpful."

"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "
